Wells of Refreshing, Inc. was launched in early 2024 after nearly two decades of hidden preparation in various ministries around the US and abroad. During those years, the wells were primed and the call came forth to further minister to the Lord and serve His Body, trusting He will graciously pour out His Spirit.
We say thank you to several ministries including Freedom Church, Pensacola House of Prayer, Hope Has a Name, Freedom Life Today, Pendleton First Assembly, New Hope Christian Fellowship, Kellogg Springs Camp and Conference Center, CoMission and Chi Alpha for entrusting us to serve Jesus alongside you and glean from your ministries.

Our Mission
We carve out intentional spaces to seek Jesus, know Him and make Him known.
We are dedicated to serving the Body of Christ for the equipping of the saints.
We aspire that believers would be free indeed as Jesus declared in John 8:36.

through Biblical discipleship.
We facilitate spiritual development and maturity, intercession, acts of service and missions and forming relationships in the Body of Christ.
We desire that believers would know the call of God upon their lives and live worthy of that calling through an
identify fully rooted in Christ.
April Cruickshank
Founder
At 20 years old, April had a transformative encounter with Jesus, awakening her to the voice of the Lord and the fiery baptism of the Holy Spirit. She began ministering as a student-leader in campus ministry while she pursued her second passion, medicine. She has been a family nurse practitioner for 10 years, seeing medicine and ministry coincide many times. She has served in numerous capacities such as co-leading women's ministry and small groups, leading Christian camp staffs, mentoring, missions and speaking at women's events and retreats. She has also lead weekly prayer meetings through a local house of prayer over the past eight years. She is an aspiring author with the first of many books being put to page. Though she felt the call of fulltime ministry from the beginning, she waited nearly two decades for the Lord to say it was time to launch. Wells of Refreshing, Inc. was birthed right on time, saturated with decades-long prayer, refining, grace and surrender. April co-labors with passionate servants of the Gospel to facilitate retreats and events. She loves to travel and hike, and her favorite place is anywhere in the mountains. She is blessed to be in close relationship with her extended family and spends time with them often. Her greatest aim in Christ is to see Him receive the reward of His suffering - hearts ablaze in intimacy and holding-nothing-back surrender to Jesus!

This dynamic team draws from decades of personal, ministerial and professional experience including marketplace business leadership, pastoral ministry and betrayal, trauma and crisis recovery. These experiences have refined each leader, preparing the unique gifts that are vital to this ministry. Each woman carries a powerful testimony of the Lord and pours out from a true servant's heart. Together, they bring wisdom, vision and humility to serve the Body of Christ.

Retreat Teams
Each retreat requires a team of women who come together to serve through their anointings, gifts and passions.
Our worship leaders steward the presence of the Lord and link arms with us to bring us before the throne of grace.
Our hostesses turn retreat houses into homes and fill our bellies as the Lord fills our souls.
Our co-leaders are present at retreats to serve through discipleship and intercession to provide ample corporate and personal ministry.
